Thanks, Linda, I was just going to post and head to bed, lol.

Wow, what a fish, would need a huge goldfish bowl for that sucker, ha ha.

Hope everyone has a good night and can welcome Wednesday in with open arms

Good morning friends. Its a beautiful day here on the nature coast. We have a "cold" front coming in tonight so our temps will go down.
I met up with our SuSun yesterday. We had such a great time. What a lovely person she is. I think she is enjoying her holiday here, they have certainly been busy. We did take a picture, and I will try to post it. My computer isn't co operating with me trying to download pictures. I really need a new computer. It would be such fun to meet all of you here on this board. We all are fighting the same battle, and some are doing better than I am winning the war. For me its a constant everyday battle and sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. But thank you friends for keeping me ever on my toes. Glenda

Hello all,

It is going to be a stormy day here. So I am going to try (once again) to get the rugs vacuumed and the kitchen mopped before Maggie gets here. Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday.

Waving to you all!

BBL

ood mornin all.

Thanks for start out Linda.
Had to double my "D" meds this mornin and sure hopin it is not that virus.
Got all the doors to close yesterday and will work on the "floors" clean up and takin stuff to the arae-GARAGE before the cold ets here again. WOW tornado watches in W. Va. is a little close but I think the mountains offer us a bit of protection.
Supposedly "apple juice" has the very same effects as coffee in the mornins but the carbs knocks that totally out- my D does not need coffee but I cannot ive it up- wonderin if caffene supls. would do the same thin??? without the "D" side effect.
Yucky post to start off the day- sorry!

Here it is Wednesday already. My the time goes by fast. That's one big goldfish Linda! That one would take up the whole pond and all that lived there. Koi are so pretty. I have an online friend who lives in Wales that had them in his yard. They would come up and nibble the food right out of his hand. Of course they all had names.

Dh is off with his buddies having breakfast and now it's time to fix mine. Definitely more coffee is in order. See you later all.

Wish I were close enough to lend you mine, Doris...oh well, sending good vibrations to help you anyway.

Back at the house after a trip to the commissary...had a coupon to save $1.50 that expires tomorrow, so wanted to stock up...of course, I spent $30 on non-essentials. I know better but needed to get out of the house and that was a good excuse. I also went to Wally's to pick up a jigsaw puzzle for the three-year old and spent another $70 on storage containers...sigh! But now I can empty my filing cabinets and get them outta the house...at least that's what I'm thinking.

I also went by Curves to sign up for a free week next week to see if the knees will take it...I should know by Friday and commit to it...I've been putting at least a mile on walking every day without too much barking from them, so we'll see.

Guess that's it for the day...hope you all had a good one and great things came your way.

I was so surprised today when I was able to get a full mile walk. I took a couple of Advil first. Boy my legs were feeling it when we got home.

Have a nice rest of your evening and I'll see you tomorrow.

Well, thank you for the offering of your hands and legs, , makes me smile!!

Seriously, ain't it grand when you can still get out there and move around, go further than you thought? Wonderful, give yourself a good "clap on the back"!
