Day off today. Rain in the forecast for several days in the upcoming week. Looks like it might be read and ride.

The weather just seems to be sweeping across the whole US, man, we had a couple of inches of snow last night, but the sun came out for awhile this afternoon, still need to bundle up though.

It was a nice night of boxing, :laugh: and thank goodness for that! ;)

Today, managed 3 hrs. 12 minutes on the bike, and then spent time on the phone with Texas son as we discussed their plans for flying out next month, we will be buying a car seat, for one thing. Yakked with my mom for a good hour, her assissted living place is filling up with new people this month, more women than men though, per usual.

Did some snow moving, but only about 15 min, not much, just getting some out of the way where it usually freezes and is dangerous.

Let's all have a good week of doing whatever we can to keep these joints from stiffening up, I need more work on my wrists and fingers, am having trouble opening jars again........just commenting, I know others have much worse things going on in their lives, of course.

Did a little shopping then took a ride to the beach where we did some walking along the golf course path. It was chilly and some wind.

Every time I look on the list of Threads and see "Happy New Year", I feel as though I've been dreaming the past 28 days and just woke up, lol.

Did 3 hrs. on the bike, squats with light weights, and some stuff on my knees.

Did manage an outside walk today. Roads were still damp from the rain.

Loretta, if only we could keep that feeling we have now, when the temps are so low, while we are out and about in July!!

Did 2 hrs. 50 min. bike time, rebounder in the kitchen for 22 minutes, and 5 lb. weights and weight bar, and that is it for today.

Still no return phone call from that new clinic we want to go with, ready to call that quits and will let the state medical offices know about it.

Let's have a good, fruitful, weekend, if possible, friends.

Hope you got that call Doris. Waiting is tough.

Nice walk by the lake this am. 5 miles. A tree had fallen there because of the storm last Wednesday. I love it there. No one else around except for the birds and fresh air.

No workout.

Did 3 hrs. 30 min. bike time, and two step dancing to old country music, and that is it, period!!

I'll start the new thread later on tonight, before bedtime. Yes, it's still cold here, but dh was able to smash up some ice in the back so I could get out to the compost pile and toss stuff for the birdies.
