L: small portion spanish rice, taco meat, 1 tsp queso, shredded lettuce, 1 tsp diced tomatoes, 2 TBsp quacamole, 1 tsp salsa, 3 taco chips, diet coke
D: L/O spaghetti squash w/LC marinara meat sauce, diet tonic
Snack: LC fudge bar

B: zucchini, lots of mushrooms, browned. 1/2 cup egg whites. Minced garlic. Curry powder. black coffee

L: Sara Lee bread toast and light laughing cow cheese. boiled egg some black olives. black coffee

Snack: some cut up apple and black coffee

D: scrambled eggs and ham, and steamed cauliflower with sharp cheddar sprinkles. black coffee

Evening snack: Healthy Choice frozen bar and grapefruit segments from the jar. black coffee

L. broiled a chicken, ate the wings and the backs...well, the meat off of, raw turnip, and some pineapple.

S- 4 oz haddock, zucchini, summer squash & kale, 16 oz salad, 1-1/2 oz dressing, 1/2 oz tahini.

Breakfast- 2 eggs with 3 turkey sausage
coffee with cream

Mid-Morning- picked orange from our tree

Lunch- tuna salad over lettuce with avocado, tomato, shredded carrots. 2 Tbs. mayo in tuna

Mid-Afternoon- 1 small apple chopped into 1 cup greek yogurt. Topped with walnut halves

Dinner- l/o tri tip and eggplant french toast with a little cream cheese and sf syrup.

Before Bed- 1 oz. dark chocolate.
