Feeling good and grateful to make it home safely...busy at hospital all day so didn't miss food. Whew!
B. 1030, 15.5 hr fast, Dukan pancake with turkey bacon, coffee/hood's fore and aft s. coffee with half/half at VA S. cup egg drop soup with a bit of spinach tortellini & chicken water and earl grey later 485 kcals, had a weight drop after yesterday's UD...yahoo! |

OMG, that's funny! Well, inside joke. I cooked a much larger breakfast than I ate...so something's working to cut the appetite...now, what am I going to do with three bacon strips and a couple slices of cold toast? Oh well.
Feeling good, up and emotionally doing good, too. Walked two miles today, so that's up, too. B. 1130, so that's a 17.5 hour fast...2 eggs, strip of bacon, and a zuchinni blini, crystal light for the pills. coffee/milk fore and aft. s. small turnip and four baby carrots, cup of decaf/milk S. radishes, cole slaw and a BBQ pork rib (5 oz), pinot noir..added after dinner, a few filberts and some sf candies...cinnamon bears! s. later...popcorn and a cup of tea 1200 kcals,

Got some garlic pods in the crockpot so will have some cauliflower mashed tonight for dinner with meat and green veggie.
Breakfast was 2 sunny side up eggs on one slice of whole grain bread and 2 oranges Lunch will be later as I still feel full from breakfast. Think we need a walk to get things moving. Have a nice day and enjoy your food. |

Lunch finally came for me and I fixed some kale with cherry yellow and red tomatoes. Added some seasonings and stuffed some celery with cream cheese/ almond butter. Later had a single serving of berries with gr. yogurt.
Dinner changed too a bit. We had leftover tri tip with steamed sweet potatoes and butter. |
