What about the breath
One of the thing that happens when this diet starts working for me is Bad Breath. My wife says it's horrible, like rotten vegetables. Is there something I can do to make my breath better for this high protein, low carb lifestyle?

Actually the bad breath is a sign you're in ketosis. Make sure you're drinking lots of water to keep the mouth moist...I usually add lemon or a slice of ginger to the water to help. I'm sure others will be along to give their suggestions, too. you're doing good, keep it up.

hayhauler- that is a good point...my husband tells me the same thing and I am very conscience of it because I have to work in close proximity to others and work. I find eating an apple will help with the breath. I would be interested in others opinions too.
