Hoping to be able to stay home more this week, to keep the exercise bike vibes going, plus, it's way too cold to walk around outside and ponder at all the dead plants..........

Doris, looking forward to a softer seat. Hubby took some foam and attached it with duck tape then put a pillow case over it. Nice and soft now.

Did 2 hrs. 45 min. bike time, will finish later, but not sure which things I'm going to do until then, lol.

Did a lot of prepping & cooking of veggies for the week.
Watched the Patriots beat Houston! Great game...

Out for early walk. Noted black ice in some areas but for the most part the roads were clear. 8000 steps.

Started up with Lesley Sansone and a new "walking inside" DVD.
Did a 14 minute mile............tired me out. Lots of arm stuff to boost the walk.

Did 3 hrs. on the bike, and good old Jack LaLanne chair stuff, and some old fashioned callesthenics, and no weights for me today. Finished for the day, any other "exertion" will be for fun only ;)

We're going out again today with the fur kids. We have two parks we go to. We get in the truck and then choose. Going wear my ped to see how many steps.

We had a nice walk at the lake park today. I wasn't in as much pain so walk was a lot smoother. Did a little over 2000 steps.

We do drive but it's real close to our house. My knee just won't let me go the extra distance now. There was a time I took the dogs from the house and did the whole thing. Alas it doesn't work for me now. We have another park further that has nice walking paths that we drive to but this one is in our neighborhood and more dirt trail.

Walk usual 3.55 miles. Exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min.
