Saturday's food DD
Good day, feeling good...my roomer was sick last week so didn't come down from Vegas and I got a call he's even worse this week...thank goodness he didn't bring that bug into the house. Doing really well today foodwise...
coffee/hood's and a bit of ff half/half...three cups or so around 1400 I had a couple flowerets of cauliflower, a few cuke slices, a half a carrrot and a large glass of water 1700, chicken broth with a half cup noodles, 2 oz chicken breast, a bit of baby spinach and a few pea pods...hungry, so poached an egg in the broth, too. 350 kcals and will probably have air-popped popcorn later or an apple...hmm? decisions, decisions....now that I've eaten, I want more!

Breakfast was the usual 2 eggs and sausage with coffee
Mid morning I had a piece of Norwegian brown cheese and some baby carrots. Dog got some carrots too. Lunch was kale with green onion sautéed and flaked parmesan cheese on top Mid afternoon was berries with greek yogurt (cinnamon and sweetener) and my ounce of dark chocolate Dinner was grass fed beef patty with cauliflower mashed with roasted garlic and HWC Also had green beans with that. Now I finished up my tea and that's it for today |

Sorry to hear you've been ill, Tao -
I was at a friend's house and she served the pumpkin cream cheese roll - I think it was from the Libby's can : LIBBY'S® Pumpkin Roll I wouldn't dare make it myself because I'd eat the whole thing! And, one slice has 51 carbs - way too much to have in my house - Maybe you can figure out a low carb version??? Hope you're back to yourself real soon, Michele |

thanks, Michele.
there is a low carb version in the recipes. i think i better not do it. it looks very good, and even low carb, i think it would be too tempting for me, and it makes a lot. i do have a pumpkin i need to use. i will make puree, then make custard and some cheesecake. i love pumpkin. |
