lol, I ripped out 3 hrs. on the bike today, and didn't rip anything as I did squats without weights. dh would have liked to see me rip something as I did the weight bar, but no such luck........:laugh: Then, I was on the phone, leaving messages, and haven't heard anything back yet, but not surprised, either.

Got her done today, walked 3.5 miles.

Exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min.

Got 3 hrs. in on the bike, and music with sideways dancing and prancing, dh had the good music on this morning.

Tomorrow will be the sitting 6 hrs. in the car, and only walking will be at the clinic and whatever we do after that. Thursday we will be heading up to Reno, so can at least walk there at the casino.

See yah tomorrow at some point.

Sat in the car for over 6 hrs. due to traffic stops and roadwork, fog, etc. We didn't stop at any store, just went to lunch and then stopped at Starbucks before heading up into the mountains again, it began to snow lightly, and we wanted to get home before the roads messed up.

Tomorrow, we head to Truckee and Reno, so I'll be able to walk inside the casino, where it's warm and dry, at least. We will just be one night, going to see a show.

Just do what you can, Sharon!! Good for you.

We are having some heavy, wet snow, been snowing for about an hour, so I better go to bed in case the power goes out or something, we wouldn't use the generator for just half an hour or so anyway.

Do you have a cushion on your bike seat, Sharon? I forgot to ask before.

I got in 30 mins last night. No I do need to find one. Even tho that seat is a wide one it sure is hard. Today we're going to a walking park across town. It's paths are paved and nice for sore knee. Thanks Doris. I'm going slow but trying now to keep doing something so I don't stove up too bad.

I came home from work with no energy. Only 4200 steps today. I guess I am entitled to a day or two off. I just can't get going.

Mary we do need a break every once in a while.

Today will be a bit different. Son needs our trailer to haul off some of his junk so we will be taking it to his home 30 mi. away. Then we shall see if walking is happening or not. It won't be much but sure dogs are going to demand something. Have to keep the booty moving. BBL

Mary, who is forcing you to walk all those steps, burnout is not a good thing, and we who have been on here for years and years have seen this kind of thing often, especially during this time of year. It ain't "do or die", think the rest of your life and will you find your exercise pleasarable or miserable.

We walked laps at the casino yesterday, all indoors, it was way too cold outside, and a nasty wind.

Today I got in 2 hrs. on the bike, and have my weights at my feet.
That's it!!!

Managed 4 hrs. on the bike today, started early and dh was busy so I got more time in, since he wasn't using the bike.

Squats will come into play while in the kitchen this afternoon. And that's enough for me.
