B: usual, zucchini, brussel sprouts and mushrooms, egg whites, et al.
lots of black coffee sips

L: Alternative bagel and light laughing cow cheese, 2 boiled eggs and greenbeans in a bowl, but not many..............black coffee

Snack: V8 can and black coffee

D: leftover grilled chicken thighs and spinach salad with poppyseed dressing and feta crumbles. black coffee

Evening snack: grapefruit segments and Skinny Cow frozen bar.

Wow! Another week starting...they seem to get shorter as I get older. Soon I'll meet myself getting up when I'm going to bed.

B. 1400, lasted a long time today without sustenance except for coffee/hoods. Turkey bacon, mushroom egg white omelet (got leftovers for Tuesday), ww toast and 4 oz crystal light.

s. Coffee/hood's

S. cup of chicken broth with a bit of noodles, and a chicken thigh sandwich on new bread....it's Weight watcher's ww bread, only 80 cals for two slices, 16 gms carbs and 6 gms fiber.

500 kcals...may have popcorn later...haven't decided and don't know if I'll be hungry anyway..

Feeling good, got my walk in the sunshine but the wind was strong enough to take my breath away...and, of course, that makes me think of Doug where the wind must be blowing harder...

B. coffee/milk, ham & egg salad on WW toast, 4 oz grape juice for the pills

s. banana and graham crackers...yep, been craving 'em so I bought 'em and a cup of earl grey

S. Planned...lo roast pork, green beans and a baked sweet potato..pinot noir and more tea later.

will probably have a bit of popcorn and maybe some chocolate..not sure

1400 kcals, so far plus later snack, if I have it.

We want to visit Graceland again, perhaps in 2014, when dh's Navy reunion is in Nashville. They have opened up the upstairs of the mansion, and it is also open at night now, and they have some kind of show with lights.

L: Extra curricular food, went to a new place (to us), Lillian's barbeque, had a grilled chicken sandwich, and a lovely biscuit, fresh out of their oven, large ice tea.

Snack: light mocha Frappaccino, at Starbucks

D: turkey patty, jalepono flavored, from the freezer case at Wal Mart, hadn't seen it before, it was very good. Leftover asparagus.

Evening snack: grapefruit segments and maybe nothing else, not hungry too much. black coffee

Feeling good, I think, even tho' no weight loss...sigh! The body has to be adjusting to the new weight but you'd think two months would do it...

B. coffee/half&half, banana

L. cup bean soup, small spring greens salad with balsamic vinegar, 3 chicken tenders, 2 zuke slices, and a few tortilla chips with Spinach/artichoke dip, more coffee...a couple bite of brownie (five of us shared the brownie and a small scoop of vanilla ice cream)

S. 4 oz NY steak, brocolli and a few string beans, pinot noir

s. 1/2 grapefruit

Eggs scrambled, with mushrooms for breakfast, and some black coffee for breakfast.

The rest of the day is "catch as catch can", will be on the road, highway through the mountains to Truckee, because of a place we hope is open, and then bigger highway over to Reno, Hallmark store and then to the casino, dh wants to swim, they have a huge pool, indoors of course, and many nice lounge chairs for those feeling up to that.

Not a good mood day, again........sigh.
