Sharon, I wear my step counter watch all day. I only take it odf when I shower. So it catches all steps, not just the formal ones where I am exercising. I find it encourages me to get and walk for something instead of asking someone to get it for me.

Oh Mary, what a reminder, my Dad used to have the best Meyer lemon tree, when we lived in Sunnyvale, used to pick up bags of fresh lemons every year, so good and free, of course, is the perfect price. My dh has tried to grow citrus up here in a container, thinking maybe he could keep it alive in the garage, with coverings, but they never lived through it, one lived 3 years, but that was it. If we move, we will be sure to have citrus again though, at least lemons. Have you ever grown a lime?
