LOL Doris, so you have a "someone" who eats everything too Don't know about you, but it infuriates me.
"someone" just ate my Greek salad.

Had Greek yogurt, plain, and a hard boiled egg with coffee for brunch.

Dinner was my son's home made Lamb and Eggplant Moussaka and a Greek salad that I took home to have later. . Coffee

Chardonnay tonight.

Yes Linda, "someone" likes to have quick snacks, but, strangely enough, the salad greens stay put..................... Wow, your dinner sounds like what we would have if we went out to eat!!!

Loretta, your chicken and dumplings also sounds delicious!!

My dh had catfish for his supper though, lol. Tomorrow I'll make that ham.

Linda, do you use alot of Feta cheese on your Greek salad, or do you omit that because it's what seems to be popular and perhaps, that isn't the cheese "real" Greeks use anyway?

LOL, my kids Dad was Greek so we only buy "real" Feta from the Greek places or on occasion they make their own, like I used to do.

Loretta, I remember that candy, too, you are lucky someone found it My husband likes that kind, also, and there is an all peanut kind he likes, Payday, but we don't see it and it doesn't matter now, lol.

Wednesday's foods

B: usual veggies, 1/2 cup egg subs. browned. flaxmeal and garlic. chipotle flavor. Grated parm. lots of black coffee sips

L: boiled eggs, Sara Lee bread sandwich of ham and cheese. grape tomatoes in a bowl. black coffee

Snack: energy mix of nuts of various kinds and black coffee

D: leftovers, pork chops and greens salad, need to shop and get some more spinach. black coffee

Evening snack: grapefruit segments and Healthy Choice frozen bar

Was a rather Lame Christmas, eating wise, nothing special in the way of chocolate at all this year.

Never had any pancakes, Michele, wound up not ordering any, maybe New Years Day I'll make some for the two of us.

Loretta? Is ZAGNUT the white one with peanuts through out? That was my favorite. The white part was like eating hardened marshmallow fluff from the jar. I remember stretching it and the peanut halves would come loose. Fun times.

Well today I broke down and made lentil soup in my electric pressure cooker. It was amazing and Dh and I had some for lunch. Took 8 mins cooking time and I have some for the freezer.

B. 2 poached eggs on coconut toast
coffee and cream

L. lentil soup with pepper jack cheese on almond bread with mayo

S. blueberries and yogurt

D. Just chicken breast over salad with Ranch

That all for today.
