Why do people constantly return to the refrigerator with hopes that something new to eat will have materialized?

Happy Mother's Day to mothers, living and our deceased ones. It is pure .

Have a great week folks.

Cyrstal light, lemonade raspberry flavor
2 poached eggs
12-4 orange

Marketing people long ago changed those names, before our time probably.
I wish they would change that name "Swai" for the fish, the name does not sit well with me at all, and it doesn't taste as good as Talapia, which sounds funny too. Even cat fish can give one the willies, or lung fish, lol.

dh had alligator for lunch on Monday, it didn't taste that good though, he has had better while in the service in the Phillipines, and he told the waiter and manager that, and they smiled "weakly"

LOL Doug, You would have nightmares at some of the stuff I ate over the years In my travels and with my American Indian grandmother.

Doris, UGH that Swai is nasty. It's a Chinese Catfish but has the most offensive texture, even though the taste is very mild.

On the road today and staying in a hotel.

Had a lavash egg, ham and cheese wrap and coffee for brunch.

no snacks or even coffee this afternoon.

Dinner was a Greek Salad and Greek Spinach pie sans the philo crust.

Chardonnay in the hotel tonight.

Wednesday's Food

My strange food has come from Korea, Japan and Alaska, but I thinKk I'll add some of the stuff my SIL from Puerto Rico came up with...it's amazing what people eat...

B. boiled egg (reminds me I have to make some more), an ounce or so of leftover carne asasda, crystal light, and coffee
s. 11 almonds, five dried cherries...iced tea
S. salmon, Genovese Salad, and more iced tea.

Calories under 800

Kind of amazing, too, in the past when I've felt this tired, it was an automatic trip for the pizza or a burger at the fat-food drive-thru..

Thursday's food

Another good day of almost sticking to the plan...I did have a latte following class and it was goooooood.

B. 2 scrambled eggs and 2 sausage links, crystal light, 2 cups coffe
s. small latte
S. Stir fry, pork chop, bok choi, celery, baby carrot, celery, and broccoli, Arnold Palmer, and red wine after.

BTW, do you call it "supper" or "dinner"...I was raised on a daily supper but Sunday dinner, or family dinner when the family gathered for like Thanksgiving or Christmas...
