Susan - Don't laugh, but I met a friend at Panera's and ordered the iced green tea. I thought it tasted pretty good even without adding any sweetner. When I got home I looked up the carb count and OMG - there were 33 carbs that dang drink!!!

Good thing tomorrow is another day!

Yikes, in green tea? They must make it with syrup to be that many carbs.
What a downer after being good all day.

Went the commissary and they had some nice smoked chops, so didn't eat the salmon, peppers and peapods....had 3 oz smoked pork chop, three-bean salad and sauerkraut instead....

Didn't bake the biscotti, so that's on tap for tomorrow....

Everytime we take a trip to the south, dh had to say very clearly and loudly that he wanted unsweetened tea, otherwise it always came "fully loaded", and, people looked at you when you ordered it without any sweetner in it . In Nashville and Memphis, in particular, they teased us, and said, "You must be from California", lol.
