No change here for walk and workout except that my legs felt tired today. Maybe it will rain tomorrow so I can get a day off before Sunday.

4.74 mile walk, exercise workout upper and lower body.
Working in garden putting tomatoes in cages, mulching etc. Glad my landlord lets me have a garden patch. |

Loretta, my dh has to use tomato cages upside down to keep the deer away from our flowers and special plants, lucky thing you can use the cages over and over again
Did 3 hrs. 15 min. bike, Jack's chair exercises, squats with 5 lb. weights and perhaps some dancing this evening if the Opry is on. But that's just for fun. |

Good Morning Everyone! I just found this site and would love to be a part of this group as I am going to be 51 in July and yes these are the Golden Years. The kids have all gradutated from college and it has now been me time. Love it.
I just got done running 4 miles. I run 4 miles just about everyday at 5am before going to work. Linda, I am so glad to hear someone else does Kettlebells. I love them. I usually do my kettlebell workout in the evening as soon as I get home from work. I workout to the DVD's Kettleworx and Sarah Luries DVD as well. It is a great workout with great results. Hope everyone enjoys their Sunday. |
