Hi, I've been a long, long, long time lurker and have done low carb before and lost 37 pounds and was at goal. That was 10 years ago...slowly over that period I've gained it all back. So here I am on the cusp of my 60th birthday, starting again. I've decided this time to actually "join" the group for support and accountability...so today I weight 166.7 and my sensible goal is to weight 145. I wear a size 12 and really don't want to go any lower than a 10. So thank you in advance for this forum.

Thanks for the kind words of welcome. It's now day 6 and I am getting back in the LC groove. Planning on a weigh-in on Friday, hopefully I'll see some movement in the scale. I have a very resistent body, the first time around it took over a year to lose the pounds.
