Favorite Induction Phase Recipes

Does anyone have any "favorite" recipes that can be used during induction? I remember it was easy to get bored with the same food day after day. This time I don't want to fall into a rut and eat the same things everyday!

I must live a boring life, but this makes me happy:

2 eggs in the morning with butter, yummy butter, either over easy, or scrabbled with sautéed onions and a yellow cheese. Or 4 slices of bacon.

Bristling sardines in olive oil for lunch. Or bacon.

Sardines in olive oil and mozzarella cheese for snack. Or bacon.

Broiled chicken breast, bone in with skin on (yum) and a small salad with lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, onion and sliced green olives with salt and a smidge of Italian dressing.

I love meat loaf, but usually put too much ketchup in it to be within the diet. If I am careful to not over do the ketchup I forgo the salad. All I do is mix together 1 1/2 a ground chuck, an egg, chopped onions and a strip or two of diced up raw bacon, and salt to taste with onion salt. You can add a dash of Worcestershire sauce in too. (I have never liked meat loaf with bread crumbs.)

Good luck!
