B: 1-12gr tst w pb, lots of tea w cr 3 mugs Coffee w cr (at work) L: 2 slices ham, cheddar, almonds, (another nurse came into work with warm blueberry mufins that she had just baked) had 1 D: roast pork, assorted veggies, alfredo sauce, lots of tea w cr snack: maybe some strawberries n cream PM: SF Cocoa 2-3mugs |

Saturday's foods
B: one zucchini, 3 mushrooms, carrots leftovers. 1/2 cup egg whites, flaxmeal and garlic. Grated parmasan on top black coffee L: (dinner today, due to son and dil coming and we have to eat early) grilled steak, garlic potatoes, and brussel sprouts black coffee and club soda later on Snack: jell-O and greek yogurt on top, black coffee D: strawberries and greek yogurt on top. light laughing cow cheese later on. club soda and lime Doris |
