Sheila did you make that fake french toast with pork rinds? I did that once and not good results.

Doris I have a Hamilton beach electric grill that I use most often. It is very similar to a GF grill. I like my Hamilton because of the nice built in drip pan slot.

Sheila, if you used egg substitute, that would only run you 60 calories!!! If calories lowered is what you are after. It's what Henry does, he makes wraps out of omelettes, you can fill and roll with whatever you want to make a quick, high protein meal out of it, and not use alot of expensive meat products.................thanks for the reminder!! I've been meaning to try some out of hubby lately.

And on the other hand, if you use the 45 calorie wheat bread from Sara Lee, you can make regular french toast and it shouldn't hurt at all. I did that back in 2004 when I lost the 82 pounds at first whack Sheila!! I didn't put syrup on it, but that is because I hate any kind of syrup. They do make sugar free syrup now of course. My dh would use the sugar free jam instead. They even have sugar free honey, for crying' out loud!!!

Friday

B: one zucchini, 2 mushrooms, cup of leftover brussel sprouts sauteed in PAM. 1/2 cup egg subs added. f/f Crumbles of fETA on top.
coffee

L: 2 slices 45 cal. bread, shaved chicken, 50 calorie swiss cheese sandwich. 2 H/B eggs. one Roma tomato cut up.
coffee

Snack: Soy slender chocolate drink, 70 calories per cup, cold

D: some leftover chicken breast pieces and cauliflower, 2 cups worth at least
coffee

Evening snack: Skinny Cow Dipper ice cream stick and later on 15 calorie Popsicle on a stick, fruit flavor of some kind, don't know yet.
coffee at will all evening
