(I can't do lunges, squats ... or the Elliptical.)

I've had the nieces/nephews here for a couple of days....well, an overnight on Wed. and all day Thursday....then SIL and just the girls came for the day yesterday. Lots of pool time but not much else got done....

Going for a workout today...time to start building up the elliptical and treadmill time!

Linda you sure have been busy there with company. Hope it settles down for you soon.
Good to hear that your knees are doing better.

WTG Sheila.

Walk 3.76 miles in the heat. Thought about not going and I did just walk and not worry about speed.

Exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min.

2 hrs. on the bike and some weights this afternoon.

Also sneezing my head off, drives me nuts!! I have these "sneezing tours" just sneeze and sneeze, this chair in here swivels and rocks a bit, so I'm in here sneezing myself round and round, cracks up anyone that see's me, as in dh passing by the room. See, this is what passes for entertainment in our house folks....................

I did 5 minutes on the treadmill yesterday to see how it would go....did ok but I know it will never be an option for more than a warm up...the fitness walking is definitely over for me....but I will definitely still use the treadmill for warm ups or for cool downs...

I also did 20 minutes each on the cross trainer and the recumnebt bike yesterday.

It's way too windy again for riding outdoors.....I've got the beginnings of a cold and feel lousy so no workout today for me.

Ugh Linda, a summer cold, that is a first class bummer! Sorry it has to hit you now too. My dh can't use a treadmill either, his knee's can't take it, they are not good for knee problematic legs, at least that is what one therapist told us, back in the bay area. That is why we bought the exercise bike actually, to save on therapist money, lol.

I just turned on the fan in here, it got up to 100 here today, but humidity is low.

Did 2 hrs. 15 min. on the bike, and dancing to western swing and polka, and I'm done for today. Early morning doctor appt. tomorrow for dh, so won't be able to do the bike until lunch time. May have to run an errand or two while we are out.

Have a pleasant evening gang. I hope your shoulder feels better today Loretta.
