My husband can't have anything like that, has to very careful of his digestive system. He has another doctor appt. up here next Monday, so I'm taking the box and showing it to our dietitian, so see what she says about it. You are right, it has alot of sweet to it.

I'm still not done with the meat freezing job, only did the fish yesterday.

Be back later when I make some sense.

Howdy gang, which fast food place did you go to Loretta? Was it good at least? One burger does not hurt one bit anyway.

We want to grill something today, can't make up my mind yet as to what though.

See yah all later on.

Have you seen some kind of new bread from Oro Wheat, that is thin and round, whole wheat, and you can use it instead of a bun?? I have looked for it, but can't find it yet, it is supposed to be healthier. Maybe they don't have them in California yet.

This is the Lavash bread I ususally use. Can't always find it.
It is soft and pliable also. Good for roll ups.

That Lavash bread reminds me of the Armenian "Lavosh" bread, a flat bread that you dampen up, fill with your fillings, roll and cut into sort of like cinnamon rolls, refrigerate and you can serve them to guests or just take out one at a time. There is a great Armenian bakery down in Fresno that always had those, and good breads and rolls too. But this is sold at our store up here in a package. It is very large, so I never bought any. I'll relook at it Loretta, sounds like a change of pace bread for us, I think dh would like it too.

Saturday

B: one zucchini, mushrooms, bit of asparagus in PAM, last of the egg white and one egg. grated parmasan on top after the fritatta was done.
coffee

L: 2 slices 45 calorie diet bread, shaved ham and swiss cheese fat free sandwich. 2 H/B eggs bowl of cut up tomato
coffee

Snack: chocolate Soy Milk Soy Slender 70 calories and coffee hot and cold

D: chicken pieces, carrots and spinach, but not all together
coffee

Evening snack: strawberries in a bowl and coffee hot and cold all evening.
