3rd week no loss.....

Why oh why didn't I make this WOE change years ago? It's going so slow!
I'm not giving up, cause I can't regain the weight, but goodness it's hard to read the post from the person that started the same time I did and is happy about their 30 pounds weight loss LOL!!!! and I'm just down 8 pounds in the same 36 days!
Well, I know it's working because I can get into zip jeans now, stretch jeans but I'll take what I can get.

SIGH!!!!!

From one "fluffy" to another...

It does get harder, doesn't it? Eliminating dairy has helped me, but its still slow for me too.

Patience is the biggest asset in losing weight. Another thought is that you are making changes that will stick with you forever.

It could also be that the person saying they lost 30 lbs in 36 days is "stretching" the truth a bit too, or has kidney disease, those folks can lose that amount quickly, lol. Just a thought. Especially if you have been posting on the Main Board on this site.

Just take it day by day, sometimes you have to take it meal by meal in fact. I remember doing it half a day by half a day at some points, marking it on a calendar hanging on the wall in this room. I wish you success!!
