Feels good to get back in sort of an exercise routine now.

Good to see you post Julie. I sure do miss DH but that is just normal. Next week I will go to a support group meeting done by the Hospice people.

Walk/jog 3.14 miles.
Exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min.

Just checking in quickly. 3 German soccer games on this AM, so I'm doing alot of exercise bike duty, plus squeezing in cooking and some gardening at the same time, lol.

Glad to see you guys!!! Have a good day.

I'm heading out for my walk. Will do 40 minutes today.

Loretta, glad you're getting back into your exercise. It helps not only physically but mentally too.
What a good idea to get into a support group at least for while. Nice they have that available.

Sheila, I love those watp tapes. I should pull one out one of these days.

Jezzie, guess I missed your Iditerod. I think I can guess what you mean though. I've often thought about trying to walk across the U.S. (counting miles)

Doris, loved your avatar.

HI JULIE!!! Good to see you. I love your avatar along with Doris!!

I got a bargain on that watp dvd. The whole three set on it with the water weights for 14.95 at Walmart. I think I will try the two mile tonight. I wish I had a rebounder. LOL.

Tweaking my woe. Its going to be between Atkins and Rosedale combo. Good fats, lots of low glycemic veggies, and limited protein, but more than allowed on Rosedale. It seems I lose better with a little more protein than what he suggests. I know, to each his own, lol. .... later gang..have a good one.

Hi yah Sheila, sounds just like the old Dr. Phil food plan crossed with Richard Simmon's "Deal A Meal", lol. I notice I feel alot better with more protein than what Dr. Phil's plan said, back in it's day. I'd like a rebounder too, but things in this house keep breaking down and we need to get that fixed first......the joys of home owning I guess. Our house is 31 years old and we notice in the spring that it's time for water heaters to be replaced, pumps and tanks for the well are wearing out, fridgerator is making "funny" noises, etc. Always something.

Did the bike 2 hrs. 20 min. today. Did the Jack LaLanne's in the kitchen while dh slept. Ran after the mail truck, does that count too?? lol
Will trip around in this room when the polka show is on later on.
