Lunch - Red leaf lettuce salad and nacho ordinary roll-ups.
Dinner - Was an experiment that turned out well. I took the curried chicken w/cranberries and slivered almonds that I made for book club as an accompaniment for crackers, but serve it on top of cauli-rice with a side of broccoli, and a couple of stuffed strawberries for dessert.

Forgive my absence for a few days.
I'm basically living on vegetables (sauteed in garlic) and a ton of fruit.

Be back Thursday morning.

Oh my Loretta!! We still have a huge bottle of that Nystatin here on a shelf, dh had to use it in the hospital, but was able to quit after a couple of months. I never even smelled it, nor asked how it tasted. I hope it helps you right away though.

I'll be back tonight, after I've actually eaten.

Hi to Sheila!!!! You are doing good lady!!!
