B: one zucchini, 3 large mushrooms sauteed in PAM. 1/2 cup egg subs added. onion flakes. 2 Tblsp. reduced fat FETA crumbles on top lotsa black coffee Snack: V8 can L: 2 pieces WASA rye crisp w/light laughing cow cheese spread, chicken, sandwich. 2 H/B eggs. canned asparagus black coffee Snack: s/f Suisse Mocha hot beverage D: beef stroganoff and 2 cups steamed carrots, 1/2 cup brocolli black coffee Evening snack: 1 cup unsweetened applesauce and s/f Suisse Mocha hot beverage Doris |

Saturday's Breakfast - Sausage and l/c pancakes w/strawberries and whipped cream.
Lunch - Curried chicken w/dried cranberries served on cauli-rice. Dinner - BBQ ribs, l/c baked beans, slaw w/hot bacon dressing, and 2 stuffed strawberries for dessert. |

B: one zucchini, 3 crimini mushrooms cut up and sauteed in PAM, 1/2 cup egg subs added. onion flakes, Morton's Hot Salt added. 2 large tblsp. reduced fat crumbled FETA cheese on top. black coffee, who know how many cups?????????? Snack: V8 can L: 2 WASA rye crisps with tuna on top each and 2 H/B eggs, cold canned spinach that I need to use up before I can buy more ![]() black coffee Snack: Soy Slender chocolate one cup cold D: homemade pizza with ham slices and crushed pineapple, low fat Mozzarella black coffee Evening snack: sugar free popsicles and s/f Suisse Mocha hot beverage Doris |
