Pre-Breakfast:
2 cups half decaf with evaporated milk
almnds

Breakfast:
1 cup slow-cook oatmeal (dry measure) w/cinnamon, SF syrup
orange

Snack:
homemade smoothie

Lunch:
PB & J sandwich on organic 7 grain w/flax bread
salad w/ranch

Snack:
4 oz. 100% cranberry/concord grape juice
banana

Dinner:
four cheese whole wheat tortellini in tomato sauce
apple

  • 1/2 decaf black coffee, 4 cups all day
    Brunch: Fiber One cereal,l 1/2 cup w splenda and 1 tsp cream mixed w water
    12:00: 5 carb clever peach slices topped w 2 tbs cottage cheese
    4:00: banana w 2 tbs bean-CO-natural pb
    6:00: south beach pizza
    2 cups mixed greens, fresh veggies, bacon bits, 2 T lc poppyseed drgs
    6 oz wine
    Snack: Reduced fat string cheese grilled on flat out bread, CF diet soda

low fatty/2 starch most days

B: one zucchini, 3 crimini mushrooms, chopped. 2 handfuls broccoli slaw from bag. All in PAM only. 1/2 cup egg subs. added. chipotle salsa added
black coffee, plenty!!
Snack: V8 can
L: 2 slices 40 cal. wheat bread sandwich w/light laughing cow cheese, turkey, spinach leaves piled high. 2 H/B eggs. half of a huge tomato and some califlower pieces cut up. black coffee
Snack: reduced sugar Fudgesicle, s/f popsicle not eaten close together
D: chicken breast baked, 2 cups w/w veggie soup heated in microwave.
black coffee later on
Evening snackie pooh: 2 med. peaches cut up peel left on. s/f Suisse Mocha coffee drink hot

5 sips plain bottled water/thyroid pill s/f gum during speed walk

Breakfast - Cantaloupe and a habanero and chipolte seasoned ground beef omelet. Lunch - Lettuce salad and Italian seasoned ground beef w/marinara sauce and cheese. Dinner - Grilled pork, Dijonaise & cheddar crusted cauliflower, and broccoli.
