Dry face, help!

The more I lose, the drier the facial skin and more lines are showing. Any suggestions?

What are you using for skin care right now? What type of moisturizer or wrinkle treatment? If it's not working, at least that will be a reference point and help you figure out which way to go. :)

I coat my face in coconut oil after my shower. It works as well or better than any expensive cream I have tried.

Coconut oil here, too. Works great, no pimples or anything. If it feels greasy to you, blot it with a paper towel after. I use it on my body like lotion.

Not to sound silly, but could you need more fat in your diet? I notice my skin is super smooth at times when my fat seems to be good. Like in the shower, it feels very nice. Hard to explain.

I am using olive oil right now. I have the extra-light type. I find it makes my skin softer than shea butter or coconut oil. highly recommended!!!

CeraVe cream in the tub. I have terribly dry sensitive skin and it works. Even the esthetician that is doing my laser hair removal, and who would love to sell me something that costs 4x as much for 1/4 the size, thinks it is a good choice. Didn't stop her from pushing samples of their super-pricey house brand at me last time, but I am strong!

It works well under makeup. Put a primer on to seal it up, and I can wear heavy talc based foundation and powder all day without looking crepe-y.
