Bare Escentuals Ready Foundation

I think I have found my holy grail.

This is one awesome foundation - for me, anyway!
It's a cross between the regular BE and the BE matte.
It has great coverage that is buildable.....
I also have the brush as well and it is also amazing!

But if I read correctly it has the bismuth oxychloride which makes me and many others itch. Disappointing.

I didn't look at the ingredients. I have very sensitive skin - to the point I have to be careful of what brushes I use. I have not had a problem!

And so far - I am in LOVE - this is the best foundation - for me - ever!

That is high praise Radmom!! Is it very shiny or more matte? I know you said it was a cross, but I was hoping it leaned more matte than shiny. That might make me try it!

I'm glad you like it!

People seem to love it or hate it.

I'm still on strike against foundations.

I have mildly dry skin...not terribly but my previous attempts at mineral foundation were a bust because I needed more than powder on my face. Also when I used cream beforehand, the makeup didn't seem to cover very well.

Cindy, is it more like a powder BE or is it a different feel & look?

Deb - it's honestly a different feel and look.
It seems way more hydrating and the coverage - for me - is amazing - my friend who got it AND my DD both felt the same.

Are there two different types? I tried it on my hand. It seemed okay. I wish they had samples so I could try it for a couple of days and then purchase. Of course I think most places I could take it back and get a refund.

You can take it back - just keep your receipt.
I did find, if you do use a heavy hand - for me, it got cakey, so they are right....use a light hand!
