I haven't tried yet. I keep wondering what shade to get. I guess the same shade as the foundation.

Still waiting for my TSV.
The one good thing for me is that we know the kits are a great value, so if there is something I don't like, I have two DD's that will usually take something off my hands!
I ended up giving DD23, the new bride, my last foundation. She really liked it and I knew I was getting another one. I also gave her the lip gloss and DD21 the mascara!

I just checked tracking and I am due to get it today!
I will let you know!

Hi Ladies!

I'm jumping in here, just received my AD kit. Love the shadows! Haven't tried them yet, and hope that green won't be too shimmery. The two lighter shades are nudes, a peach and a gold. An espresso brown matte that will be a perfect liner for me. The blush is a soft Terracotta color, less shimmery than in the first kit. The lip glass does have some color to it, same Terracotta shade, but sheer. It'll be fine with a lip liner. The eyeliner is a yummy olive green. I thinks it's a winner, but we'll see in the morning...

I'm glad both of you like it!

I am going to have to check out the 3rd shipment but I may cancel it. I've given up wearing foundation as of two days ago & I am much happier.

The Tarte foundation that came in this kit? I like it, I've been wearing mineral makeup for 10 years, but wanted the TSV. I tried the foundation and love it. I still put a little minerals over it, but it makes a nice primer if I need to top it off.

I NEVER thought I would be wearing liquid foundation ever again.

I ordered tomorrow's TSV!
I did do the AD - figured I could always cancel, but sometimes you can't add it after the fact.

I also changed foundation colors. I had the medium, which I am using now, but think it's a little too dark, so switched to light for this kit.

Can't wait to see the presentation though!

I still haven't decided if I am getting it. I really want to try the concealer. But I am afraid the shadow will be too shimmery for me. I think I would probably use everything else but I really do not need yet another blush. As it is I will never use up all the BE ones I have from last years kits.

I could probably go a teeny bit lighter than medium but I am afraid light will be too light.

I'm going to have to decide pretty soon. I will order today if I am getting it.

Too many good reviews. And comments about the shimmer being subtle. I did not stand a chance did I?

I tried ordering online & medium was sold out! The nice CS gal worked with it & got it ordered for me. I think tonight it will be on 2 easy pays because she had to get a sup to switch it to 3 for her.

lol...I almost said no but the cost of the individual items I'd like to try would be more than the kit even if I don't like a couple things. It really is a good value if you like most of them.

My paycheck is small & the easy pays make it manageable. I always remember them & don't let them lead me to spending too much. If I return something it is less money paid out, too.

I hear ya on the small paycheck and EZ pays...
For me it helps to NOT do them though!

I agree about the value.

Recorded the presentation last night and am watching it, so thinking I need to change my color to medium. Contacting cs.......

What a great value also.
However, I do think the brush in this kit is the same one that we just got in the current kit. If it is, I will give to one of DD's

Why do you think you need to change the shade? Did they say something? I have read people w/medium foundation got medium concealer & liked it & ones that got light & were happy. I am just as confused as ever.

There are 2 brushes in this kit. One for blush & one for shadow. I hope it is a different blush brush. I did not really care for the flat one in the last kit. I like my round BE ones.

Eek, I had to check and mine did too!

Did you know Maureen Kelly's background? The founder of Tarte was married previously and her husband worked in the WTC and was killed on 9-11. Ack!

She kept on building her business to get through it and remarried in 2004...wow...

Emmaline - I didn't know that! I really like her!

Deb - I was watching the presentation and they said most people were either light or medium, and I'd rather have my concealer on the lighter side than the darker side.

I want to order a set of A218036 the Tarte Amazonian Clay Waterproof liners - I love the two in the last kits and have ordered extra's from ebay!

Going to see where mine is.

I got an email from the Q already and they said they updated my kit to medium, but the first kit already went out!

So I will see how the light is and if it's fine, I will change back!

So you're getting both? Or the future ones will be medium?

It is impossible to know which is best until we get it.

What color liner do you want? I'd like more of them but I would like to get them w/shadows to go with. And I would like it if they had 2 different colors of the liners in that duo. I have never used up a single liner pencil.

I did not know that about her. Interesting. And now she has 2 little ones. I really like Maureen.
