Abdomenal Pain/Tenderness

I've been having a horrible time trying to figure out what the heck is going on with my abdomen...

It gets extremely painful and tender and the skin turns red. It hurts so bad sometimes, that even the fabric of my shirt touching it makes me cringe. However, when you push on it, it doesn't hurt. I had an xray and it didn't give me any answers.

I think, it may be wheat (gluten).

I went low-carb almost 2 years ago and have recently noticed that when I eat off plan the pain shows up. I ate some salad from the salad bar, then a few hours later my abdomen was in horrible pain. Come to find out the salad had soy sauce... ugh!

I just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this before or maybe you guys have an idea as to what this could be?! My doctor was of no help, and I don't have insurance any more...

Thanks

Sorry, no experience, but that sounds horrible. I hope you find some answers.

It sounds like your listening to your body and on the right track , rid yourself of those foods and look for healing . I hope you feel better soon .
