Breaking news on the national news last night
Now it's going around that women don't need to take calcium tablets!!
Yikes me. I ran out of it couple months, had taken it. So hey i was in the swing of it any way. Amazing. Next thing we'll be hearing that we breath to often, we should cut out some of that. Ei |

I read on the AARP website that too much calcium has been found to cause heart attacks in women, but I didn't hear that they're now saying women don't have to take it. It's amazing how the medical news contradicts itself so often. One clinical trial says one thing and another says just the opposite. Fats used to be the enemy, now it's sugar. Amazing.
