I think I am going through perimenopasue. I had PCOS all my life and 2 years before my periods came back, like a clock. I was happy and attributing that to Lo-carb. My breast tenderness started a year ago, it was cyclical at the beginning and now, it is almost continuous. I have read about perimenopause and I think I am going through that.
I have read that for breast pain it is recommended a low fat high carb diet, it is hard to believe for me.
Do you have any experience with that, and is there any recommendations?
