Hi all. I just received my CRP results from a blood test for Lindora. It was very high (22). Any advice? Thanks.

I don't know what mine was before I dropped grains, especially gluten from my diet. When I had my CRP tested, it was very low normal. Then I dropped dairy and legumes from my diet and tested again after about 6 months. I was well below the normal range. Coincidence? Weight loss responsible? I'm not sure.

Also, maybe different things cause inflammation in different people.
