Anyone had a hernia? I hope I don't have one, but have been having a burning/pulling pain when I bend over and sometimes when I'm sitting down or engaging the non-existent abs. I REALLY hope it's not a hernia, because I am starting a new job on the 14th that has been a long time coming and I absolutely need to start! I guess I will try to get into the doctor tomorrow and see what it is. I have not noticed a bulge, but let's be honest I can't tell, I have rolls!!

I had to do this stupid (for lack of a more intelligent term) pre-employment workout that involved lifting a 25 and 75 pound box respectively 10 times each and then pulling a 100 pound sled back and forth, but I really noticed it when I went to bend over to tie my shoe a very distinct, quick, burning pain and this was a week later! UGH!
