Zinc is not well-absorbed unless taken on an empty stomach. And probably the other vitamins in your multi are not well-absorbed unless taken with food/fat.

So taking the zinc separately from your multi is probably the best thing (and on an empty stomach).

Personally, my bloodpressure is underwhelmingly stellar. Considering how out of shape I am it's oxymoronic! I still havent tried the zinc yet thouh, its hard to start something new in the middle of everything and taking pills is a weak point for me. But it good to hear positive results to sway me more toward compliance if/when I try it.
