Weird film on teeth from LC???

Anyone else have a recurring film on their teeth while LC? This is the only thing different that I've done in my life...so wondering if there is a correlation. I brush 3-4 times a day and floss like crazy cuz it makes me nuts. I get regular dental checkups and am vigilent about my oral health...so I can't think of what else it could be.

Ketosis can give you bad breath, so there may be a possible connection between ketosis and film on your teeth.

What tooth paste are you using? This can happen with colgate total

I use a lot of coconut milk, in tea and coffee, and that seemed to coat mine some until I also have started drinking hot lemony water..about a tbs of fresh squeezed lemon juice in water and heated to make it like tea...a couple of times a day. Now my teeth feel clean and are also as white as they can get without a professional whitening.

Remember lemon juice can dissolve tooth enamel similarly as stomach acid erodes teeth of bulimics. Once in a while this is ok just be careful
