Coughing after certain foods

Anyone cough mucus after certain foods?

I cough after eating:
any whole grains
any processed grain products
coffee
beans
tomatoes
flavored nuts

I do not cough eating:
green vegetables
tea
plain nuts
all fats
animal proteins (although I cough a little after eggs)

What do you think this is? Gluten sensitivity? Gerd? Cancer?

Think its GERD. I bought some Zantac yesterday and it cleared up.

But I'm still lowcarbing it. Hopefully over time it will heal with lc, its been my experience in the past.

You could also have an allergy/sensitivity to those foods...
