I personally take a calcium orotate supplement called IntraCal. I'm a fan of it and have no complaints. I've also told a few friends about it and they all take it too... Because it's calcium orotate, and not the common calcium carbonate or citrate that you find most places, it's a little more pricey.
Either way, do the proper research, because there are alot of calcium supplements out there that are basically tablets of chalk and a waste of money. Good luck! |

And space it out....the body can only absorb about 500mg. at a time. I take more than 1500 (had parathyroids removed, only one remaining) but have to space it out during the day (I also take D3).
