Please Help me with these meds and when to take them!

I've been taking synthroid for about a year now. I always take it 1st thing in the morning when I wake up. I've also started taking a calcium/magnesium pill and I wait until the late afternoon to take it. Now, I've found out that I'm anemic and I need to take iron daily. My question is: when do I take the iron pill? Can I take it in the morning with the synthroid? Somebody please help!

If I were you, I'd check with your pharmacist. They are very knowledgeable about drug interactions. I always get good info from my pharmacist when I ask.
