What is a yeast allergy

and how do you know you have it?

or any kind of allergy to a certain food?

ok thats not it
i have alot of itching goin on, all over, but alot in certain places
i got back a week ago from a long vacation
and was hoping it was only the climate change
but i think its more than that
the only thing different ive done
is added steel cut oats for breakfast in the morning
just wondered if that had anything to do with it

DD6 is allergic to oats... so it is possible you are too.

Allergies can show up at any time.. and go away just as quickly.

I'll have to watch out for that in case we're allergic to it. I just bought a bag about 2 weeks ago.
