Armour vs Synthroid & Cytomel

Hey - hope you're survivin' this snowy winter well!! I kinda dropped off for a bit - was workin' w/ my pcp to try and juggle my cytomel and synthroid, but for no apparent reason my TSH has jumped to 6.5
T4 free, direct 1.41
Triiodothyronine, Free,Serum 3.8
I was taking 150 synthroid, and 30 cytomel.
Doc told me I'm a slow converter and to up cytomel to 50 and gave me a script for 50mg pills - to take in 1 dose Umm is that ok for a cardiac person?? Should I call and get 25mg pills and split em in two and take it in 4 doses? Will this ever get straightened out?? I've pretty much given up on finding anyone to prescribe Armour . . .

I am so confused - am I right that my t4 is mid to high and my t3 is closer to the top of the range?
If that is so, then why, oh, why is my tsh 6!?!?!?!

I am down to 10mg on the prednsn - still on CellCept (for lupus) and wondering what is going on . . . Thanks for your help - and patience . . .

TSH .052 (.450-4.5)
Thyroxine T4 Free, Direct 2.02 (.61 - 1.76)
Triiodothyronine, Free, serum 3.4 (2.3 - 4.2)

my pcp is freaked by the blip of the tsh - and my t4 seems to be too high - but t3 looks ok? Am I reading this right? I think he wants to drop my synthroid a little - thoughts??

Also - I just don't get why my tsh bounces around so much?? I am currently taking 150 synthroid and 20 cytomel split dose
