Good workout at the gym today... tomorrow I think I will try water aerobics again... looks like fun, and not too bad on your joints because you are in the water.

I am keeping the official record log in my journal, but I want to contribute:

So far during Spring and Summer 2014 I have walked 14 miles and jumped rope for ~120 minutes (2 hours). All of this has accumulated from April 12 - today. Plan to add on 2 more miles for walking later this evening!

Long weekend horse show........several hours in the saddle, lots of walking/packing, and I am stiff and sore this morning!!!

Did try using SlimFast BF shakes while at horse show. That definitely cut down on the donuts and Granola bars for snacks.

See how the scale does tomorrow, as I get back into normal routine. Actually lost little over the weekend.

Good for you, even if just walking. That will do a lot!!

DD21 and lady at office agreed to go walk the lake some nights.....2 miles.
Now I have 2 people to drag(motivate) me to go walking!!

Shame is effective for me.

Thanks for the nice welcome back for the ???? don't know how many times...

Went for my walk...40minutes..220 calories burned..it feel grrrrrreat

At least if you do it in the morning it's done for the day..if you have time at night....go for another one...

2 miles with Leslie Sansone...1 mile walk,jog and 1 miles with stretchy bands...burned 140 calories...
