Exercise or not?

On vacation. As you know.. Yesterday I ran 4 miles today I walked 3. Not sure if I should just not run tomorrow because I feel like it is impacting my plan to remain under 20g. On the other hand, it gives me energy and my mood is better. I will be walking around alot tomorrow sight seeing.

Would you give your body a rest? Gosh I feel so lazy! I amused to working out like 6 days a week. I could go to the fitness centre and do light weights, treadmill and stretching? Ugh...

Maybe enjoy the holiday for what it is: A HOLIDAY and give your body a holiday too?

Like you said, you'll still be walking around and sightseeing, so you won't do nothing at all.

Ty I needed this. Plus I just checked and it would cost me like 50 for cabs and the gym class! Waste of money when I have a fitness centre here.. And I can walk everywhere.
