30 Day Shred Challenge

Any one up for doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred? I have the DVD and tried it a few years ago, but was never very commited. I'm planning to stop buy some hand weights tonight (because I can't find my old ones since we moved) and get started tonight.

Who wants to join me???

Just finished the first day of level one. I didn't get the hand weights, so I used 2 1-liter bottles filled with water (about 2.2 lbs each according to my scales). I wasn't able to finish several of the sets but was able to finish th workout. The program that I plan to follow uses the DVD for 2-3 days followed by a day of cardio. We'll see if it's any easier tomorrow.

I hope someone else wants to join me in doing this. I could really use the accountability and support.

I try to do it six days a week but my schedule sometimes doesn't allow me to. I definitely need more motivation. Last night at 9:30 I was on the fence about doing it and decided against because I would have had a rough time falling asleep by 11:00.

I'm doing this too, tomorrow will be my day 19. Level 2 leaves me drenched and completely wiped out. I do it about 4-5 times a week, taking days off when I need to either from being sore or scheduling. I have 3/5/10lb hand weights, and can only use the bigger ones for a couple exercises. When I'm done the 30 days I might do it over again now that my strength and stamina are improving.
