Hey, TM Buddies!!! As of this February 2014, my daily routine is working out at 3.8 mph (reduces tension on my right ankle which has a small fracture) and having a protein shake once or twice a day that builds muscle mass. I am hoping that will give me some help in the fat burning metabolism building area....

Miss you all! And I miss working out! I know I keep saying I'll get back to it but things keep getting in the way. I really do hope to get back to it soon. DH and I are trying to fit in some Wii game activity when we can but even that has been very random right now. Just wanted to pop in to say I'm still around and alive!

Yeah!!!! The group is back!!! I missed all of you .... getting ready to go downstairs to walk ... will check back later! The snow is very heavy here in New York - 2 inches per hour .. my backyard looks like a tundra! Wishing for the summer ....

Finished my walk ... 65 mins, 4.11 miles, 422 cals.

While I was walking, I did some job hunting on the internet - oh boy - technology. I was able to research companies that I am interested in submitting applications to. Kept me super busy. Multitasking does work!

Del - it is very peaceful (and in the summertime people rollerskate and I think I might give that a try this summer)... sometimes I just like to go there and sit.

Speaking of which...I didn't do any workout today.

I hear you!! Nothing like peaceful.... today, I walked 65 mins, 4.11 miles, 422 cals. Not having too much appearance of the hot flashes since I am working out daily. I had gained meno-weight around the middle section and hips/thighs/butt area but it is now slimming down. I am able to easily step into and zip up my favorite skirts .... just a little bit more and perhaps I will be back into my suits .... can't afford to buy anything, so that will solve my fashionwear issues... ha ha ha!

Well, since last week Wednesday, I was interviewed for a work from home position as an Office Assistant, so I am in training. I am so happy about that! It is a freelancing position that gives me flexibility. :jumpforjoy:
