Rebounding Challenge Winter/Spring 2014

Hi all!

I thought I'd start us off for the new year in a new thread!

So what are your goals for rebounding this year?


I'm starting out with 15 minutes a day, and will try and up that to 30 minutes by the end of April. It sounds like a little, but I'm still having back problems and need to go slow.

Hi!

Well, I didn't manage anything yesterday and am a bad lady!
It ended up being really late before I got home and had to have dinner so I used that as an excuse not to get on the rebounder. Stupid really. I am an expert in lame excuses when it comes to excercise.

So today there really is no reason not to rebound, I'm off work from 15:45 and so have plenty of time to get in 15 minutes somewhere.

Sorry I haven't been checking in lately... I finally got on my rebounder last night... did a whole 30 minutes! Like I said before, I have been doing other workouts, usually at least 5 days a week, but haven't been rebounding.

My goal is to rebound 15 minutes 4 evenings a week, on top of any other workouts I do. I hope to work up to doing that every evening. It's a great way to burn off any glucose in the system so I can start burning fat!

Hope everyone else is doing well

Well, the holidays are over and my house is getting back to normal....no more houseguests for a while so I can finally get into a routine, I hope! I have my rebounder set in place in the living room so I can use it daily and I'll be starting on Monday....going to visit son and family over the weekend.

I'm really excited to get started again and even though I know it will be slow going to start my goal is to get to 30 minutes per day. Eventually I'll also be adding in other exercise but that won't be for a while....

I'm still here, just forgot to check in!

I'm managing about 15 minutes now but haven't gotten on every day. The last three days I've been good, so hopefully I'm on a roll here, LOL!
