OUT WITH THE OLD YEAR AND IN WITH 2014...

2013

128X weight training
28 miles walked
plus kickboxing, water aerobics, Zumba...

352 hours of exercise.. (that is almost 15 days)

I will try and do better with the new year coming tomorrow....

This site has really helped me keep on track...

10 girlie pushups.

2 min 37 seconds Pushups and planks. Working on that core. Did not jog any yesterday. Naughty, Naughty me!!

Made it to the gym for a great workout early, getting tons of snow so my added exercise will be shoveling. But it's light and fluffy, already took the dog for a nice long walk across the lake.

Learned I can do left side planks but not on the right.
I am right handed, but I am definitely left leg ( and obviously left-side dominant).:sad:

No gym today, will do some kind of dvd today, but I've been shoveling of and on since midnight. When we get this much snow it's easier on the back to keep it up every few hours. My neighbor was doing the same thing so we even took a long walk around 1 am. So peaceful and beautiful.

Karen wtg planks are hard to do.

I already have my 10000 steps in. I also did 2 sets of 12 wall push ups and squats with no weights. Maybe I can get by with a little at a time.

I am going to focus this week on getting in more exercise. That is my Main Goal for this week. Yesterday I did some cleaning and organizing my office. And staying in out of the cold!

Did 1/2 hour walking DVD and then went for a nice long walk around the lake. Running up and down the attic with decorations, so a little added exercise. Back to the gym on Tuesday. Trip to Boston tomorrow 4 am.

Looks like we're all on a good start for the New Year.
