Did TRX yesterday with my trainer...a lot of fun, but I was very sore when I got home...

March 15...nothing
March 16...3 miles with LS with stretchy bands(263)
March 17..Julian Michaels (Meltdown Yoga)
March 18..1/2 hr walk...so sore this morning...
March 19..did 4020 steps and 27 minutes of LS(365)
March 20..0
March 21..40 minutes yoga...

I was in between weight training and yoga...w/t..got to wait to many days before i can do anything...i'm so sore..so decided to give yoga a try...it's still w/t with my own body...

decided to go to a Zumba class .. lasted 30 minutes...it was fun..

Walking 29 miles
Cardio class 1X

1800 minutes 30 hours of exercise...
