yesterday 2 miles... (looking for a mattress cover) stopped at every store along the way...

walked at the beach (boardwalk) today 4 miles... I am ready to get back to the gym tomorrow..

Made it a full hour at the gym today but still have that dang cough. Then working cleaning the FD so that was more exercise. I'm the same way, my jeans are too tight. And spring is coming got to start working out more. Can't wait until the weather is nice enough to start walking everynight again.

Tuesday- only got 1 mile in at the beach...
Weds- WT gym... 60 minutes
Thursday-WT gym 65 minutes....

Like to join..need the motivation to get started to exercise,i've lost 13 lbs since the year started by doing W.W.,but now i need to incorporate some exercises...it's still very much winter,too much snow and cold to take walks but i've got so many dvd's ..there no reason for me not to get going ...i do better when i join a group...so i'm starting today...

Some of you i remember from before...Deb,Misty...

So far our temps are a little above freezing so it is all rain

Day 1 restart. Squats and wall push ups. No weights . Hip hurt during squats. Will monitor.

Virginia was hit with another blast of Winter Weather last night... Spring, where are you?!!
I can't wait until warmer weather gets here. I will continue the same exercise plan I did last summer (I will get out the jump rope again and walk the local university campus). Hopefully I'll drop another 2 pants sizes (just like I did Summer 2013). This would be amazing b/c it would make me the same size as my oldest brother who is muscle thin!
