Yesterday a 4 mile walk....

Today 30 minutes of Zumba, and 15 minutes of weight training....

I am so happy to get back to my weight training instructor Monday...Hopefully she will not make the session too hard...

2 sets of 12. 8# dumbbells squats and bench press. L hip hurt during squat. We will see.

today I found a doc to look at my foot..last year I broke my toe/got bit by a spider and dropped a table on the side of my foot...

since then I have had some fluid on the top of my foot that doesn't hurt but its a bother and its ugly..

tomorrow I have it drained and have a shot for my tendon

im on rest for 4 days

Weds. 5 mile walk at the beach on the boardwalk...

Thursday// WT with my trainer 45 minutes...
(I now have 29 exercises I wrote down.. she is amazing...)

Feb... 52 miles walked
13X weight training at the gym (2 were with a trainer)
1x Zumba
30.5 hours of exercise this month...

March so far 5 miles walked....

I'm back, I was so sick with this darn flu that was going around that I didn't get any exercise in and I really need it. I'm thinking spring is around the corner and want to get back in shape. I made it back to the gym this week but not my normal work out but working my way back to it and it feels great.

Yeah I had to give in and go up a size. But I am back on track and hopefully it will come off. I want back in my 4's. 2's I would be too thin. Been there.
