I am not getting on the scale soon... hitting 65 next week and getting discouraged.. even though 3 inches came off...Size 14 wanting to be a size 12..

January exercise:

27 hours of exercise

walked 25 miles

21X (Days) weight training

1X Zumba class/ 1X kickboxing/cardio

I have been doing Slim Fast powder in water last 3 days (coupon so price was really right).
Don't know how it will work with CAD eating, but I have not been doing coffee and no slump before lunch.

Not doing it over the weekend, and see what the start of the week is.
Eggs and sausage for lunch, because DH and I have hot date at Burger King tonight

3 mile walk yesterday, nice change from 5 days at the gym...

I will miss the gym going away til weds... but I will be doing a lot of walking...

Yesterday 60 minutes of weight training... going back to the gym this morning...

My goal try and get one hour of exercise everyday...

Hope everyone else has good weekend. We were to go to supper tonight. DH just got called out on a tow, so now waiting to see how long it takes, and if we have to cancel supper.

Worked from 8:30 til 4 today, and brain just quit working at that time.

Or maybe this snow and deep freeze getting to everybody. I know I'm tired of it. We got more snow today.

I took the day off. I had a bout with shoulder pain last eve. Seems to be ok so I will be back at it tomorrow.
